Contrary to the definition we’ve been taught, nature is not just all that surrounds us. We are nature too! I hold this as the most important realisation on the path of self-healing.

In the era of numerous nutrition streams, Ayurveda, a timeless medical system, reminds us how unique each body is. There is no strict diet or lifestyle that fits us all.
