Through this program you are becoming your own healer. I offer you the tools and techniques to help you understand, clean, nourish and heal your own body.
With my guidance and all the support you need, you can achieve your desired weight, reduce toxic build-up in your body, boost your energy, improve your digestion, align your cycles, balance your hormones, prepare for and go through a healthy pregnancy, experience an empowering birth experience and a smooth postpartum transition, and learn how to create balanced wellness routines in your daily life by following your own intuition.
On your 3-month holistic journey, working one-on-one with Ana, you will receive:
- a brief introduction to Ayurveda and holistic approach to healing
- in-depth health history observation and consultation
- understanding of your inherent doshic constitution (Prakrti), and your current state of the three doshas (Vikrti) and how they express themselves in the body and mind
- 6 x 60-minute coaching sessions twice a month, via skype/in person (if possible, first session is done in person to get a deeper insight into your health condition and personal needs)
- personalised diet and lifestyle plan specifically designed for your own constitution and desired health goals
- customised seasonal plant-based meal plans, guidelines for pantry stocking and detailed recipes
- meditation and breathing techniques to help you peacefully cope with life challenges

I believe that freedom has a strong link to the food we eat and lifestyle we choose. The famous quote “You are what you eat” relates to all levels of our existence – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. By choosing what you eat, you choose whether to repress your life force, and therefore to become a depressed, surviving being, or you release and reignite your inner fire and you start to LIVE your life.

- Payment is due prior to the session, but after the booking.
