My work

Collection of the most significant work projects I have had so far…

2011 – 2013 The turning point in my life was when I was working as a high school teacher. From being a student, overnight I threw myself into teaching 200 pupils and covering 5 subjects – Biology, Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Technology, and Ecology, all at the same time. Soon, I realised that whenever I could teach my pupils about human body, nutrition and life, I would literally set myself on fire. Driven by the feeling I left my job with the purpose of deepening my knowledge in the human health and spirituality. My path of following my inner wisdom has led me to London to study and learn as much as possible about Ayurveda, the ancient medicine system.

2014 – …. While studying at the College of Ayurveda, UK, I also became a lecturer of Human Anatomy and Physiology at the same college. Another exciting period of teaching, great challenge, and enormous experience. I’ve been challenged to teach such an extensive subject to students with different educational backgrounds and levels of knowledge as well as drawing the link between Western and Ayurvedic pathology.

2015 After moving to the Netherlands, this was the year my project Macrosana came to life – a project through which I presented myself as a chef of healthy cooking by preparing healthy and delicious party food and cakes, organising individualised cooking classes, detox programs, and much more. Since then, I have been giving lectures and workshops across Europe on healthy cooking, cleansing techniques, and specialised diets for different health conditions.

2016 I have finally started collecting the recipes I created in my kitchen and my first e-cookbook Breakfast – Where Ayurveda, Macrobiotics and modern vegan diet meet from the series Carpe Diem was published on Amazon with very positive reviews.

The year 2016 ended in the most beautiful way by my giving birth to my son Val – my inspiration, my motivation, and endless source of happiness. After preparing myself physically and emotionally, I experienced a beautiful and healthy pregnancy, empowering birth experience, exceptional postpartum recovery, and enjoyable beginning of my motherhood.

This has been another turning point in my life, and since I have decided to share with this world the knowledge and the experience I gathered on the tools and techniques for living in tune with one’s true nature. With my baby in my lap I choose to be the best possible example to him and put myself in service of helping others.

2017 My second e-cookbook Lunch to go – Where Ayurveda, Macrobiotics and modern vegan diet meet from the series Carpe Diem was published on Amazon. Others are in the process of writing, cooking, testing…

To be continued…
